Cleos upbringing in the elegant Cheshire countryside, surrounded by her parents remarkable collection of Modern British and contemporary Art and their exceptional taste in interior design, is a strong influence on the overall aesthetic of the brand. The design of the collection also draws inspiration from the Art Deco era, architecture, the natural world, and global travel. Cleos passion for shoes set in at an early age and it became her aim to attend the renowned Cordwainers College in East London, where, after four years of training, she completed a degree in Footwear Design. She went on to train at the Salvatore Ferragamo design studio in Florence and spent time working with a number of well known London-based footwear and accessory designers, including Nicholas Kirkwood, before launching her own brand. 

Cleos signature style is glamorous and overflowing with charm. Shoes are characteristically sculptural and eye-catching with alluringly curvaceous design lines. The use of intense jewel-like shades of pink, turquoise and purple, as well as bewitching black and gold combinations, is dramatic and flamboyant. Shoes are embellished with enchanting adornments, including glass sculptures, solid gold plumes and delicate crystals, which add the final distinctive flourish. The collections are produced by a traditional factory in south-eastern Spain, an area famous for its history of footwear manufacture.
