The story behind the ?Burt on Duck? artwork is from a series of  books called Burt The Bathroom Monster, whose main character known as Burt is a cute and tiny creature who resides at the same address as a modern day family but originates over a hundred years ago at least! There is a whole community of these creatures living around, underneath and over us. They exist in almost every home?   

They have been there ever since people have built homes for themselves. They originally came from Field Fairies (although nobody can be really sure) which have become an endangered species? they managed to evolve and find protection amongst the humans. Very few people know of their existence.

Some may think they are monsters some people prefer to think of them as harmless and beautiful additions to our world. In reality, they are minute intelligent creatures who go about their daily business much like you and I.
